Shyam D Nandan

Shyam is an Advocate on Record (AOR) with the Supreme Court of India.
He did BA, LLB (Hons) from the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata in 2005 and further did his LLM from the Indian Law Institute, Delhi. His areas of specialization are maritime law and International Trade Law. He has also been visiting faculty at the Indian Law Institute for many years. Mr. Nandan has honed his skills under (late) Sh. Kalka Prasad Aggarwal Adv, Hon’ble Justice Mr.Subramonium Prasad, Judge, Delhi High Court ( AOR as he then was) and Mr. Gopal Subramanium, Sr Adv, former Solicitor General of India. Mr. Nandan does cases relating to many aspects of civil and commercial law with specific impetus on the latter. He also specializes in the field of arbitration law.
