Bambha & Nandan is a law firm based in Delhi, a firm constituted in 2014 by two partners, Mr. Siddharth Bambha & Mr. Shyam D Nandan. The firm has its Corporate Office at 28/44, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi and Litigation Office at B-20, Ground Floor, Nizamuddin (East), New Delhi. Today the firm, apart from the above named Partners, has 2 Principal Associates, 2 Senior Associates, 2 Associates apart from 5 paralegal. The firm does broad spectrum of work primarily involving civil and commercial laws in all courts including the District Courts, the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court. The firm’s tribunals work includes the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), Competition Commission of India (CCI), Competition Appellate Tribunal (COMPAT) and National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) as well as the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT). The firm also does a number of arbitrations, both domestic as well as international.
The firm has corporate retainers as well as individual clients.
