Anish has done European Masters in Law and Economics (LL.M) from a consortium of European Universities - Bologna University, Italy; Hamburg University, Germany and Aix-Marseille University, France Holder of Erasmus Mundus under Scholarship awarded by the European Commission, Brussels, Belgium. Prior to this he did LL.B. from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi B.A.(H) Economics, Hindu College, University of Delhi. He has worked as Senior Associate at Chambers of Mr. Sanjiv Kakra, Sr Advocate (2015-2017) where he handled matters related to Recovery of Debts, SARFAESI, Insolvency and Consumer matters for SBI, ICICI and UBI at Debts Recovery Tribunal, NCLT, Consumer Forums. He has also worked as Associate at Chambers of Mr. Parag P Tripathi, Senior Advocate, Former Additional Solicitor-General of India (2014-2015). Anish has also worked as Law Researcher to Justice Ravindra Bhat, Judge at Delhi High Court (2013). Anish is Standing counsel for GAIL (India) Ltd. and its subsidiaries and Panel counsel for National Highways Authority of India Panel, India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. ,Indraprastha Gas Ltd. , ICICI Bank Ltd, NBCC (India) Ltd and MMTC Ltd
