Siddharth completed his B.Com from Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, University of Delhi in 2003 and thereafter did his LLB from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in 2006. After practicing law under some of the most reputed lawyers in the country including (late) Sh. Kalka Prasad Aggarwal and Sr. Advocate Sh. Sudhir Nandrajog, Siddharth started his practice as an independent counsel. Although he has varied experience in all areas of civil and commercial laws, he is particularly specialized in the field of Intellectual Property law. One of his strengthsis building strategieswhich he has been successfully doing for many high-profile disputes.He has represented various clients in negotiating commercial deals,settlementsthrough alternate dispute resolution in commercial, contractual, aswell complex IP disputes involving issues of registration, assignment, opposition,rectification, licensing, royalty and infringement.Siddharth has been retained by several companies including Automobile, FMCG, Publishing Houses andSchoolsfor handling their litigation matters.
Presently he is counsel for Enforcement Directorate, Government of India and Punjab National Bank. He has been enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi since 2006. He has also been an active member of Supreme Court Bar Association, Delhi High Court Bar Association, and Intellectual Property Law Practitioners’ Association.
